What areas do you cover?
We cover all East Sussex and West Sussex area and we can move you anywhere in UK or Europe.
How much notice do you require?
15 days before the expected move takes place. For European removals ideally at least 20 days notice. Please always try to give as much notice as possible.
Are prices negotiable?
We offer all our services at very reasonable and competitive prices already. However if you would like to negotiate please contact us and speak to one of our representative who might be able to offer you occasional discounts and special offers
What size are your vehicles?
We have 4 x 3.5 ton Luton Vans, for bigger moves we have access to 5 of them . Please let us know if there is difficult access at either address as this will allow us to plan your move with smaller van.
Do you dismantle and re-assemble my furniture?
Yes If agreed at the quotation stage our staff will carry out dismantling and re-assembling to the best of their ability.
What should I do with my gas cylinders or flammable liquids?
Gas cylinders and flammable liquids cannot be transported on our vehicles.
Can Removals Brighton Co clean the property ?
No. We don't provide a cleaning service.

Is your company fully insured?
Yes, each van has £25000 goods in transit insurance, we carry public liability insurance for £2 Million and employers liablility insurance for £10 Million. Insurance 1 Insurance 2
Do I have to pay if I cancell or postpone the move
More than 10 working days before the removal was due to start: No charge.
Between 5 and 10 working days inclusive before the removal was due to start: 30% of the removal charge.
Less than 5 working days before the removal was due to start: 60% of the removal charge.
Within 24 hours of the move taking place; 75% of the removal charge.
On the day the work starts or at any time after the work commences 100% of Our charges.
Please note any cancellation advisements must be made during business hours 09:00AM – 17:00PM and be acknowledged by a member of Removals Brighton Co.
